Dear Mr. Felton:
On behalf of the Union of Concerned Scientists, and pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I request a copy of an analysis of the time required to evacuate the public from a 10 mile area surrounding the Indian Point plant.
This analysis was submitted to the NRC staff on January 31, 1980, apparently by the Indian Point 2 and 3 licensees.
