MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (March 25, 1980)

On March 21, 1980 the Aamodt family served the fallowing plead.'ngs:

1.

Aamodt Response to Licensee's Objection to the Third (Sic ; Sixth) Set of Interrogatories Dated February 25, 1980, 2.

Aamodt Response to Licensee's Objections to the Second Set of Interrogatories.

3.

Aamodt Response to Licensee's Objections to Contention 2 Interrogatories.

There is no provision under the Rules of Practice for re sponses to objections to interrogatories.

It seems that the Aamodts intend the " responses" to be motions to compel discovery under 10 CFR 92.740(f).

The licensee should answer where appropriate as if the " responses" were motions to compel h,*
