SCHEDULE OF SUBJECTS FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS All documents, records, drafts, reports, correspondence, analyses, studies, internal memoranda, maps, etc. which were or are responsive to subpoenas issued at the behest of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and addressed to Mr. A.E. Naylor, dated July 9,1979, and at the behest of the U.S. Department of Justice addressed to Keeper of the Records of Gulf States Utilities Co., issued January 18, 1980, which were withheld on the basis of a " settlement privilege" then in effect.

Provided, however, that Gulf States need not produce such documents if the Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board in the above-captioned proceedings reverses the ruling of March 7,1980 by the Licensing Board in these pro-ceedings, which ruling relates to the production of " settlement documents" previously shielded from discovery (transcript of oral argument before Licensing Board at 603-06).
