In my letter to you of March 25, 1980, I indicated that we would shortly be transmitting the INP0-NSAC " Analysis and Evaluation of Crystal River - Unit 3 Incident." That document is enclosed.
We are also enclosing NUREG-0645, Vol. 1, the " Report of the Bulletins and Orders Task Force," for the information of the Board and parties.
I am not enclosing Vol. II (Appendices), since I believe the Board and parties already have those of the documents which pertain to Rancho Seco.
The contents of Vol. II is listed in the Table of Contents at the front of Vol. I.
If any member of the Board or a party wishes to receive Vol. II please so advise me and I will be pleased to transmit it.
