OPERATING LICENSE FEE - NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 2 It is expected that the North Anna Power Station, Unit No. 2, under con-struction on a site near Mineral in Louisa County, Virginia will be ready for fuel loading and low power testing license by March 31, 1980. The following information is provided to assist you in obtaining the proper fee for this license:

The first license to be issued will be for fuel loading and low power testing at 5% of power - 139 megawatts thermal.

The 100% license in the amount of 2775 megawatts thermal will be issued at a later date.

50-339 Concurrent Unit:

Unit No.1 of the North Anna Power Station was first issued an operating license on November 26, 1977.

North Anna Power Station Unit No. 2 is a concurrent review. Units 1 & 2 were reviewed together.

The review of Unit 2 after the issuance of a license for Unit I was only minimal and did not involve an ACRS review.-
