Dear Mr. Lewis:
On February 15, 1980 the NRC Staff was served by mail with a copy of "Further Discovery Requests and Interrogatories by Intervenor Lewis." The Staff already.
has either answered or objected to the-interrogatories addressed to it in that filing. The purpose of this letter is to address your requests for documents j
made in that filing.
First, you listed two documents authored by one R. E. Webb, provided his address, and asked that the Staff either send you the documents or have them placed in the local public document rooms.(LPDR's). As you no doubt recognize, the'docu-ments referred to are not NRC documents.
Nor does it appear that the documents ~
are relevant to the single issue on which you were peraitied to intervene. The Staff suggests that you seek to obtain the documents directly from Dr. Webb.
j Second, you say that by phone on January 31, 1980 you requested three NRC docu-ments but that you have neither received the documents or notice that they have l
been placed in the LPDR's.
I am infomed by the Staff that the transcript of the ACRS Stbermittee meeting was placed in the LPDR's.
I an also informed by the Staff tMt tr,e libraries in York and Harrisburg in which the LPDR's ara I
located are Government Depotitory Libraries and tnat both have elected to receive all N'JREG docurents.
Thus they either have received or should soon receive copies of NUREG/CR-0315 and NUREG/CR-0774.
