NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO MOTION FOR AMENDMENT AND CONSOLIDATION OF CONTENTION i
For the reasons stated therein, the NRC Staff supports TEXPIRG's Motion of March 14, 1980, in which that group requested a consolidation of TEXPIRG Contention #49 and Doherty Contention #41, both of which deal with water level indicators.
