These petitions are being treated under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Comission's regulations as a request for an order to show cause why the operating license for Big Rock Point should not be suspended. We will mle on the request when our evaluation is conplete. Our evaluation of the concerns has progressed to the extent that we have concluded operation of the Big Rock Point facility can be continued safely pending the final disposition of the issues raised in the petition; therefore, innediate or emergency actions are not necessary. Our assessment in support of this conclusion
