l In response to Houston's first set of written interrogatories to your client, the Public Utilities Board, you stated that the answers to Interrogatory Nos. 20, 23, 25, 33, 34, 35, 45, 64, 65, 69 and 71 must await further discovery.
In your client's supplemental response to Houston's first set of written interrogatories, you partir.lly answered Interrogatory Nos. 33, 34 and 35.
I would apprelate full and complete answers from your client to each of the Interrogatories referred to above, including those only partially answered in your supplemental response, as soon as possible, and in any event no later than February 18.
Responses from your client by that date to those Interroga-tories are vital so that Houston may complete its factual discovery by February 29.
I would also request that! you send me any supple-mentation, re-draft or up-date of the Burns & Mcdonald Power Supply Study that has been furnished to your client since' the deposition of Mr. Roundtree.
