I am enclosing a copy of the emergency plan for the Big Rock Point Plant for your information.
This plan is the plan which is presently in effect.
I understand the revised plan has not yet been sent to the NRC Staff.
I will check its status, and hopefully, I will be able to send you a copy of the revised plan shortly.
The~ enclosed plan including various implementing procedures is complete except for the deletion of Appendix F and telephone numbers of the residences of certain employees in Appendix A.
Appendix F contains procedures for dealing with bomb threats and the Company routinely limits distribution of this information as a matter of policy.
I do not believe these deletions will adversely affect your discovery rights and I would appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
I will be' sending you additional information in response to the remaining unanswered interrogatories in the very near future.
