Dear Ms. Kay:
This letter confirms reservation of a meeting room to hold 75 people from 9 am - 5 pm on February 20-21, 1980.
I have also asked that the hotel block 50 rooms for the nights o' February 19, 20 and 21.
Any rooms not reserved from that block by COB Feb*uary 4 are to be released for general use by the hotel.
Payment for sleeping rooms is the respon-sibility of the individual reserving the room, nat the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
