As discussed during our March 11, 1980 telephone conversation, I have enclosed a copy of our correspondence file regarding a proposal from Cotter Corporation to dispose of miscellaneous contaminated solid wastes in a portion of the new tailings impoundment at the Canon City uranium mill.
Please review this material and, at your earliest convenience, provide an assessment and any recommendations you may have concerning the proposal.
