Gen tlemen:
Your letter of January 7,1980 stated the regulatory staff's position that diesel generator fuel oil be included in our Quality Assurance Program.
The letter also pointed our that because the diesel fuel was not on the Q list for ANO-1 and 2, it was not included in our Quality Assurance Program.
A review of our program indicated that diesel fuel is included in our program.
Section 2.6.3 of Revision 5 of our Quality Assurance Manual includes diesel fuel in our program.
We feel this meets the requirements of ANO-1 Technical Specification 4.6.1.4(e) and ANO-2 Tech. Spec. 4.8.1.1.2.(b).
