Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION
. Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No.50-010, 50-237,
'50-249 Based on-the inspection conducted on_ October 9 and November 28, 1979, it
. appears that. certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. The noncompliance is a' deficiency.
Technical Specification 6.2 requires that licensee procedures be ad-hered to.
Procedure DRP 1520-1,-Section F.2, requires that.a Radio-active Material Shipment Record be completed as specified in Appendix ILof DRP 1520-01.for offsite shipments of radioactive material.
- Contrary to the above, the Radioactive Material Shipment Record speci-fied in Appendix I of DRP 1520-01 was not completed for radwaste ship-ments made between January 1, 1979 and November 28, 1979.
