Dear Mr. Ryan:
I am pleased to hear that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission will hold a meeting in New York City on Tuesday, January 15, 1980 at the Roosevelt Hotel, to review the Emergency Response Plans in the fifty mile zone around Indian Point.
As you know, the New York City Council ~has been holding hear-ings on my Resolution to phase out Indian Point. I would ap-preciate the opportunity to testify at the morning session.
