MEETING HELD ON JANUARY-29, 1980 TO DISCUSS VERMONT YANKEE APPENDIX J REQUIREMENTS On January 29, 1980 representatives of Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Corporation, Yankee Atomic Electric Company and Franklin Research Center met with the NRC staff in Bethesda, Maryland.
Franklin-Research Center, a consultant to the staff on Appendix J matters, prepared notes describing the discussions and listing attendees.
These notes are attached.
Vemont Yankee will resubmit a new Appendix J exemption request considering these discussions.
The exemption request will be submitted about August 1, 1980.
