This is in response to your letter dated liarch 20, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, any and all information concerning violations of Federal law with regard to the storage of Radium 226, or any comparable regulated radiation hazard, on the St. Petersburg properties enumerated in your letter.

Our search indicates that the NRC has no documents pertaining to this request. The State of Florida issued the license you mentioned (Number 812-1), and regulates the types of materials for which you seek information.

We suggest, therefore, that you direct your request to the following agency:
