1 Millstone Iiuclear Power Staticn, Unit Hos. 1 and 2 Annual Environmental Operating Report In accordance with the requirements of Appendix 3 to the operating licenses of Millstone Unit Nos.1 and 2, Environmental Technical Specifications (ETS) liumber 5.6.1.a, two (2) copies of the Annual Environmental Operating Report Part A: I!onradiolegical,1979 are here f.th submitted. The 1979 report is titled, " Monitoring the Marine Environment of Long Island Sound at Milletone iuclear Power Station, Waterford, Connecticut".
The licensee also wishes to incorporate by ref< 2nce the above report into Docket No. 50-423 as part of the proceedings for Millstone Unit No. 3 for which Constructicn Permit CPPR-ll3 has been issued.
