NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted December 31, 1979 to Janua ry 31, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were not con-ducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
Technical Specification 4.6.1, Limiting Conditions for Operation, requires it: part that "Both the diesel generator sets are operable, including the following:
. 500 gallons of fuel in each day tank...."
Contrary to the above, the diesel day tanks were maintained at approximately 400 gallons each while the reactor was at power.
This is an infraction.
