This is in response to your letter dated March 7,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of material regarding the Waterford 3 Final Safety Analysis Report and documents pertaining to Waterford 3 in regard to 10 CFR Part 20 of NRC Regulations, including Appendix I.
In response to your request, please find enclosed the documents listed in Appendix A.
Please note that document 5 of Appendix A includes Appendix I which consists of numerical guides for meeting the criterion for radioactive material in effluents of light-water-cooled nuclear power reactors.
