This is in response to your letter dated January 29, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of a document entitled "' Environmental Aspects of Commercial Radioactive Waste Management' U.S. DOE Information Report SECY-79-264, U.S. NRC."

My office has tried to reach you several times by telephone to clarify your request but has been unsuccessful. We are unable to locate any NRC report with this title.

The NRC report identified as SECY-79-264 does not pertain to radioactive waste management.
