Dear Mr. Reid:
On November 26, 1975, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District requested an amendment to Section 4.14 of our Technical Specifications.
Subsequent discussions between Dr. V. Rooney of NRC and Mr. R. Colombo and Mr. R. Lawrence of SMUD have revised our original response for agreement with the Standard Technical Specifications model.
C The enclosed Technical Specifications should complete the original
{j request of Robert Purple's letter dated July 1, 1975, and your letter
[g dated December 19, 1975.
b This revision negates the previous request for Amendment No. 38 M
dated January 20, 1976.
