Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No.1
Dear Mr. Reid:
The Sacramento Municipal Utility District has received Amendment No. 7 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for. the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station, Unit No. I which changes the Technical Specifications to provide for the removal of surveillance capsules during the remainder of fuel Cycle 1 by letter dated August 15, 1976.
In the District's letter 1
dated July 9,1976, we proposed continuing the surveillance pr_ogram by an integrated surveillance program at Davis Besse Unit No.1.
The enclosed report describes the details of this integrated surveillance program and the justification for the changes requested in Proposed Amendment No. 43 in our letter of July 9,1976.
