Dear Director Denton:
By a vote of the people at annual Town Meeting, the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Seabrook hereby informs you that no operating license should be granted to the Public Service Company of New Hampshire for its Seabrook nuclear power plant until there is a way to safely evacuate the surrounding area.
You are further informed that no Town funds will be spent on an evacuation plan for the Seabrook nuclear power plant.
A certified copy of this action of the Town Meeting is enclosed.
