In response to Item 1 of your letter of February 23, 1980 is Attachment I which illustrates the isolation valve configurations of the high pressure piping connecting primary coolant system piping to low pressure system piping.

As Attachment I shows, there are no Event V isolation valve configurations (as defined in WASH-1400) for the JAF Plant.

Since there are no Event V isolation valve configurations, Items 2 and 3 of your letter are not applicable.
