This Order vacates that part of a previous Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Memorandum and Order, _1f which, in light of an earlier Commission decision, 2/ had directed the Staff to " advise the Commission promptly... of the reasoiis why it believes the consequences of Class 9 accidents should or should not be considered in this case."
