& Wilcox PROPRIETARY wtter naport, TRG 73-47, " Operational Parameters for Rancho Seco Unit 1."
This report sets forth the parameters for the safe operation of the Rancho Seco plant. The report outlines the analysis used to determine the operating restrictions required to meet the power peaking limits due to the effects of postulated fuel densification and the limits established by the loss-of-coolant accident.
The details of this report are not available in the open literature and disclosure vould provide knowledgeable individuals with information which might impair Babcock & Wilcox's competitive position in this regard.
