04 Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby transmits sixty (60) copies of the Babcock & Wilcox Proprietary Report " Operational Parameters for Rancho Seco Unit No.
1."
The details of this report are not available in the open literature and disclosure would provide knowledgeable individuals with information which might impaf Babcock & Wilcox's competitive position in this regard. This information has been held confidential within the Company and has not been disclosed to any other person or persons except on a proprietary basis.
This report sets forth the parameters for the safe operation of Rancho Seco Unit No. 1.
The report outlines the analysis used to determine the operating restrictions required to meet the power peaking limitations due to the effects of postulated fuel densification and the limits established by the Loss-of-Coolant Accident.
Application is hereby made pursuant to Section 2.790(b) of the AEC Rules and Regulatior.s that the report transmitted be classified as proprietary data and withheld from public inspection pursuant to Section 9.5(4) of these regulations.
