Dear Dr. Morris:
In accordance with your request of December 9,1971, Sacramento Municipal Utility District hereby submits twenty (20) copies of the results of the preoperational radiological environmental monitoring program and twenty (20) copies of the results of the preoperational water quality monitoring program.
Your letter of December 9, 1971 also transmitted certain comments and recommendations of the Fish and Jildlife Service and asked tinat we advise you how we intend to implement those comments and recommen-dations.
We understand that the comments and recommendations of the Fish and Wildlife Service were made on the basis of our Final Safety Analysis Report alone, and that the Service has since received and is now reviewing our Environmental Report. As many of the questions raised by the Service are answered in our Environmental Report, we believe it will be simplest for all concerned if we defer a response until the Service has completed its review of that Report.
Please advise us if you would prefer that we proceed in a different man g
