Docket Nos. STN 50-556 and STN 50-557
Dear Mr. Rogers:
In accordance with your letter of January 24, 1980, as supplemented by your letter of February 15, 1980 and a subsequent telephone call, the documents listed below are submitted as infonnal discovery on the subject of Class 9 accidents. As stated in our telephone call, be advised that the rough draft of the Sandia Lab Liquid Pathway Study (enclosure 17(b)) has received neither Sandia nor NRC peer review and for that reason is very tentative in nature.
The documents contained in the enclosed list relate to the original paragraphs of your incoming request. As you requested, a copy of these documents have been sent to your consultants, MHB Associates. As I told you on the phone, enclosures 6(B) and 6(C) were prepared subsequent to the Norris and Thomas affidavits and therefore are furnished for only infonnation purposes.
