I am a senior citizen who has depended up6n General Public Utilities' dividends to augment my income.
On February 7,.1980 the General Public Utilities failed'to declare a dividend because of problems resulting from the Three Mile Island accident which i
shut the utility plant down.

I appeal to you to urge the Nuclear Regulator Commission, and the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission to exxudite the rate relief requested by General Public Utilities subsidiaries and the return of the Three Mile Island Unit i to operation as quickly as possible.
