Box 15830 Sacramento, California 95813 Docket No. 50-312 License No. DPR-54 Notice of Deviation Based upon the results of an WRC inspection conducted on December 12-16, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities deviated from commit-ments made in answer to a Notice of Violation as indicated below:
Contrary to the commitments established in your letter dated August 16, 1977 in answer.to the items of non:ompliance as identified in a NRC letter dated July 7,1977, the following 2
actions were not completed:
(1) Your letter stated that a procedure had been written to properly calibrate and document the TLD reader calibration, and the procedure would be put into effect prior to August 19, 1977. At the time of the inspection, the designated procedure, I-29, was in rough draft form and not in approved status.
1 (2) Your letter stated that a program had been started that would establish background airborne activity levels and detect abnormal levels prior to reaching the Ventilation System Gas Radiation Monitor setpoints.
These surveys of the Auxiliary Building were to be i
performed twice a week. At the time of the inspection, the program had not been initiated.
