20545 Dear Mr. Lows During a recent AEC audit at Rancho Seco, it was noted that some localized inward bulges on the containment liner had been accepted which were in excess of the allow-able bulges used in the calculations in supplement number l
of the PSAR.
In accord uce with an understanding reached with t

the AEC inspector, the enclosed " Report On Inward Bulges of Containment Liner Plate at Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating i
Station" is submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.55. This report demonstrates analytically that the bulges on the liner are acceptable.
