R. DeYoung I met with Case, Hendrie, Shapar, and Rowden regarding the attached memo from Commissioner Ramey. A decision was made that we would pre-pare information giving brief comments on our program for imporving our operations vis a vis backfitting and racheting and also ec ::=ents on the true situation of the examples used in Commissioner Ramey's memo.
These ccaments relate to Aguirre, Crystal River, and Indian Pt. 2.
I am preparing cotments on our program.
1 would appreciate it if you would handle the second item involving the three examples.
This should be done within the ne:ct week and copies should be sent to all the above mentioned participants.
