Your letter of February 8,1980 to Mr. Steven A. Varga of the Division of Project Management has been referred to me for reply.
Generally in a licensing proceeding, any inquiries with respect to that proceeding can be directed to Staff Counsel for a more expeditious reply.
In this regard if you have any inquiries of the Staff, please contact either myself at (301) 492-7520 or Mr. Bernard Bordenick at (301) 492-8674.
With regard to your specific request of Mr. Varga to provide you with answers to the questions which the Staff directed to Long Island Lighting Company by letter of January 23, 1979, the Staff has received from LILC0 an appropriate number of copies to permit it to perform its safety evaluation.
Additional copies for distribution either to the public or to participants in a licensing proceeding are not available. A copy of the responses, however, are available in the local public document room which in the case of Shoreham is the Wading River Public Library.
In addition, LILC0 may have additional copies at its disposal, as it originated the response.
