Dear Mr. Lewis:

Although I stated in my letter to you dated February 6,1980 that the responses to your second set of interrogatories would be completed by February 25, 1980, the Staff is having difficulties responding to the questions and will be unable to answer them by that date. The Licensing Board at the Second Pre-hearing Conference established March 17, 1980 as the last date to respond to discovery requests.

(Tr. 1639). The Staff's answers to your interrogatories will be sent as soon as possible and, of course, before March 17, 1980.
