Enclosed is a copy of the' Deposition of W.R. Cobean taken by the President's Commission on the Accident at Three Mile Island, as requested
.by you during our telephone conversation of October 4, 1979.
1As discussed during that conversation, it is my understanding that your staff will, efter review of this deposition, transmit a set of written questions which you may have for Mr. Cobean. Subsequently we will schedule
-a telephone conference with Mr. Cobean to provide his responses to those questions and any clarification you requite thereof.
