Dear Ms. Mcdonald:
This is in response to your letter dated January 4,1980 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the NRC Material License #24-16519-OlMD.
In a January 10, 1980 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, you agreed to pay the cost of reproduction.
The charge for reproducing records not located in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) is ten cents ($0.10) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(b).
Accordingly, the cost of reproducing the enclosed 143 pages is $14.30.
Please send a check made payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $14.30, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
