The document production sought encompasses, but is not limited to, the testimony to be given in the instant proceeding, interest in and awareness of nuclear power projects, interconnections and operations involving interstate systems and the Texas Interconnected Systems, bulk electric powe. supply, transmission planning, and fuel supply for electrical generation of electricity.

(c) the Memorandum to File from Rod Frame dated May 15, 1979, entitled "Lambe Memo of 4/6/79-NRC" ;

(d) the NRC Memorandum to Norman Lerner, Transcomm, from William Lambe, NRR-AIG, dated April 6, 1979, entitled "Our recent discussions with Roy Lessy re: The South Texas case (Prepared in Anticipation of a Hearing)"; and (e) the Transcomm Memorandum to File from Rodney W. Frame dated June 26, 1979, entitled "Anticompetitive Effects of the Intrastate-only Restriction for Texas Electric Utilities".

Power Company and/or (2) Texas Power and Light company and/or -

its agents, or employeen and any of the aforenentioned entities.

Instructions The period of time for which documents are recuested includes the entire period from January 1, 1970 to the date on which documents are made available for inspection i and copying by Houston Lighting & Power Company or its representatives. Documents produced to Houston Lighting i & Power Company in response to its subpoena.to N. C. Lerner commanding appearance on July 19, 1979, need not be produced again. .

Houston Lighting & Power Company reauests that the Keeper of the Records identify the specific request or recuests to 1 which each document is responsive. Where possible, the Keeper of the Records is recuested to maintain the integrity of its filing and recordkeeping systema by producing together documents responsive to this subpoena which are found to-1 gether in'the Keeper of the Records' files.
