APPLICATION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENA Houston Lighting and Power Company, pursuant to 10 C.F.R.
SS2.740, and 2.741, applies for the issuance of the attached Subpoena, which calls for a deoosition requiring the attendance of the carty listed, and for production of documents. The document production sought encompasses, but is not limited to, the testimony to be given in the instant proceeding, interest in and awareness of nuclear power projects, interconnections and operations involving interstate systems and the Texas Interconnected Systems, bulk electric powe. supply, transmission planning, and fuel supply for electrical generation of electricity.

Documents produced to Houston Lighting i & Power Company in response to its subpoena.to N. C. Lerner commanding appearance on July 19, 1979, need not be produced again. .
Houston Lighting & Power Company reauests that the Keeper of the Records identify the specific request or recuests to 1 which each document is responsive. Where possible, the Keeper of the Records is recuested to maintain the integrity of its filing and recordkeeping systema by producing together documents responsive to this subpoena which are found to-1 gether in'the Keeper of the Records' files.
