T3.3.1 Subj. Customer Problem Reports Date June 15, 1976 lm.i...........,..................w...,.

In a telephone call on 6/14/76, Stan Maingi requested assistance on three customer problem reports.

Problem:

Pressurizer spray line temperature alarm setpoint in DP 1101-02, Plant Setpoints, does not agree with the latest infomation transmitted to the customer.

Resolution: A copy of the Site Instruction directing the setpoint change has been placed in the file folder for DP 1101-02 along with a note to include it in the next update.

Problem:

The gasket caterial and bolts for the NI detector wells needs to.

V be modified with thicker gaskets and longer bolts similar to TMI-1.

Resolution: Lee Pletke has authorized Raleigh Smith to proceed with a field change for this modification.

Problem:

The low level alarm setpoint for the Boric Acid Mix Tank given in DP 1101-02 is 12 inches. The plant computer list, point #331, specifies a low level alam of 10 inches.

Resolution: The System Design Data Sheet, B&W Drawing 113619C, Rev. 3, shows 12 inches as the alam setpoint for both the computer and annun-ciator. System Change 159, which changed the alam from 10 inches to 12 inches, was incorporated in Rev. 3 to the Design Data Sheet but not to the plant computer list. Please inform the customer that the plant computer alarm should be changed.
