Proposeo Revisea IMPLEIETA'ATIO4 PIOCEDURES tor Division 1 Begulatory Guides dateo February 22, 1978, and recomended approval subject to the following coments:
Clarification should be requested from OELD concerning the interpretation a.
of 10 CFR 50.109 that was used in tne preparation of these procedures.
b.
As experience is gained in the use of these procedures, the staff snould assess whether additional changes or improvements should be proposea.
2.
ATW, and requested:
The Director of the Division of Systems Safety provide a specific list of items to the Coarnittee concerning the ATWS report on which he requests a Comnittee recommendation.
After receipt of this list, the Comittee will hold further discussions on a schedule requested by the Director of the division of Systems Safety.
