The Comittee reviewed Working Paper: PROPOSED REVISION 2 TO REGULATORY GUIDE 1.16, REPORTING OF-OPERATING-INFORMATION;- and---- -
recomended approval subject to the following condition:
a.
Section C.l.b.(3)(a) should be deleted and the information, sought therein obtained by any one of several proposed alternative means that were discussed; and with the following coments:
a.
The separate guide now in preparation that lists all the reports required by existing Regulations should be made available as soon as possible after revised Regulatory Guide 1.16 is issued.
b.
Since it is expected that the Technical Specification requirements for various reports will become stabilized in the near future, Regulatory Standards should ccdify all reporting requirements in a regulation as soon as practicable.
c.
Minor rewording of the implementation section should be made in accordance with the coments of the Comittee.

The Comittee discussed the Working Paper: BACKFIT CONSIDERATIONS OF REGULATORY GUIDES and agreed with the procedure proposed except that the working group should report to the Deputy Director for Reactor Projects instead of the RRRC Chairman.
The matter was referred back to the staff for impleme ation.
