SEPTEMBER 25, 1974 The Comittee discussed the WORKING PAPER: NEED TO EXPLICITLY INCLUC UNCERTAINTIES IN ESTABLISHING PLANT LIMITS, and concurred with the proposal to continue current practice in the handling of nuclear uncertainties in LWRs while developing, with the assistance of the LWR vendors, a data base that supports an appropriate statistical treatment of uncertainties.
