The Connittee reviewed proposed Regulatory Guide, INSERVICE INSPECTION OF PRESTRESSED CONCRETE CO ITAIriMENT STRUCTURES WITH GROUTED TENDOiS, and recommended approval subject to the following:

The discussion section should indicate that a description of a.
the calibration procedures are to be included in the PSAR.

than April 1, 1975.

The Committee discussed problems related to BWR torus integrity and noted that this issue concerned resolution of an operational problem, rather than a ratchet, and as such concurred with the approach. The Committee observed that while referral to the Connittee of this doubtful " ratchet" was the conservative apprcach, it wished to take the opportunity to emphasize the general requirement that all matters should be screened through the management chain prior to submittal in order to maintain maximum Connittee effectiveness.
