The Comittee reviewed the proposed Regulatory Guide 1.XX, PROTECTION OF NUCLEAP, POWER PLANT CONTROL ROOM OPERATORS AGAINST All ACCIDENTAL CHLORINE RELEASE, and recomended approval subject to the following:
a.
The Implementation section should be rewritten with.a view toward greater specificity in acceptable solutions for those applications where an SER was issued prior to September 1,1975.
b.
The changes to be made to the proposed guide pursuant to a. above should be returned to the Comittee chairman for review and left to his final approval or return for further Comittee considera-tion as he wishes.
