The Comittee discussed the proposed changes to Regulatory Guide 1.8, SELECTION AND TRAINING OF PERSONNEL FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS and referred it back to the staff for further consideration of Committee coments and resubmittal to the Comittee. The ratchet i
potential of the proposed changes is significant and further clarification and justification of the specific requirements, and alternatives to these requirements are required.
