- 2. - The Committee reviewed the WORKING PAPER DRCPCSED REGULATORY GUIDE 1.XX: OVERHEAD CRAllE HANDLI:;3 SYSTEMS FOR NUCLEAR PC'JER PLANTS and referred it back to tha staff for rewor% and resubmittal, taking into considaration Ccrmittee comments on both the guide provisions and the implementetion section. T.7a Committee emphasized the necessity to assure that all proposcc and revised guides are written with careful attenticn to compatibility with other existing guides, rule:, and regula:ior.s.

The Ccmmittee has recently returned several ? reposed guides occk to the staff for rework of 1rplementation sections in accordaice with this philosophy, and rcccmmanded that Ina Offices involved davelop gui. dance for. writers of regulatory guides as to accc; table implementation sections.
