l'QR',to Federal Register Notice NUCLE >R REGUIAERY CCtWISSIOI ADVISCRY CCMMITTEE ON REACICR SAFEUARDS SUBCCNMITIT.E 04 REACER CPERATIWS Notice of Meeting te ACRS Subcomittee on Reactor Operations will hold a meeting on December 3, 1979, in Room 1046, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, EC 20555 to review the status of various generic items centained in the Cemittee's March 21, 1979, " Status of Generic Items Relating to Light-Water Reactors: Report No. 7."
In accordance with the procedures outlined in the federal Register on October 1,1979, (44 FR 56408), oral or written ctatements may be presented by menbers of the public, recordings will be ;;ermitted cnly during those partions of the meeting when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked only by members of the Subccmittee, its censultants, and Staff. Persons desirits to make oral statements should notify the Designated Federal Employee as far in advance as prgeticable so that appropriate arrangements can be =ade to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.
The agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows:
Monday, December 3,1979 8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of business.
We Subcomittee may meet in Executive Session, with any of its consultants *o may be present, to explore and exchange their prelimi-nary opinions regarding matters which should be considered during the meeting and to formulate a report and reccmmendatiens to the full Com-mittee.

i 2-At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the Subccretittee will hear present5ations by and hold discussions with representatives of the URC Staff, and their consultants, pertinent to this review.
In addition, it may be necessary for the Subeccmittee to hold one or more j
closed sessions for the purpose of exploring matters involving proprietary in-formation. I have deter:ained, in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of the Federal Advisory Ccemittee Act (Public Iaw 92-463) that, shculd such sessions be required, 4
it is necessary to close thasa sessions to protect proprietary infomation, see 5 U.S.C. 552b(c) (4).
