Dear Dave:
Thank you for your letter of October 10, 1979 en-closing a copy of the transcript of Mr. Nagle's interview and the covering letter from Mr. DeYoung.
As you requested, I have forwarded to Mr. Nagle the enclosures from Mr. DeYoung, and I have requested Mr. Nagle's comments and corrections relative to the i.ranscript.
I note that Mr. DeYoung has stated that, in the ab-sence of a response from Mr. Nagle within 5 days, it will be assumed that the transcript is accurate.
That assumption is erroneous and should not be made.
Mr. Nagle will submit his comments on the transcript as promptly as he can.
However, it may be that more than 5 days will elapse before Mr. Nagle is able to respond and, under no circumstances, should the lapse of the 5-day period be construed as an indication that the transcript is accurate.
