Enclosed is the initial draft of the Essex Corp. report as we just received it.
We, of course, are reviewing it and will be providing comments to them prior to its final configuration determination.
Your review and comments regarding their study will be part of the agenda during your visit next month.
We shall also be sending you draft material from-Bill Johnston's group as it becomes available in the next couple of weeks.
The visit to 1NI-2 remains scheduled for November 14.
Please advise me as soon as it is convenient as to your planned arrival in the D. C.
area and where you will be staying so that I may arrange transportation to the Island.
